Much of our identity is shaped by our interests, those alluring forces that hold our interest and enliven our souls. I explore my personal interests in this blog post, those inquisitive hobbies and artistic pursuits that have shaped my identity and offered me with opportunities to connect and understand new things. And I'd like to take you on a tour on some of my varied list of interests.
I love photography. I'm fascinated in the art of capturing raw feelings, simple details, and the hidden beauty hidden away in the details of daily life through the lens of a camera. Every shutter release captures a moment in time, turning the fleeting into an everlasting visual story. I find great solace in capturing the amazing beauty of God's creation, the sweetness of my kitties, and the smiles of the people I cherish the most.
I like to sing, dance, and act in someway. Entablado de Filipino is an organization I was a part of; it was a theater at my old school. I find a haven of creativity in theaters, where the power of storytelling takes center stage and leaves a lasting impression on the mind and heart. My life takes on a soundtrack from music, connecting every moment with its own beat. The power of music to inspire creativity and contemplation is what makes it so beautiful. Lyrics capture narratives and feelings, sometimes expressing ideas and feelings that we find difficult to speak. That is the reason my heart is so deeply ingrained in the art of listening to music. I'm also interested in expanding my vocabulary on a personal level. Since I firmly believe that having a large vocabulary gives me the ability to express myself better. It enables me to communicate with more clarity and impact by helping me select the ideal word to share an idea or feeling. I also enjoy K-pop. I've hyped many groups before, but as of the moment I'm only active with Treasure, my favorite K-pop boy group.
I am so interested in so many things that it will take a long time to tell you everything. My interests in many things change over time, but the ones I've mentioned will undoubtedly remain with me forever.
